On 30th of April half of room 19 and half of room 18 went to the Art Gallery.Here is some of the boys art.

  The people on this table are Maxine, Sonya,Elizabeth,Sarah-joy those people are all in room19 and the people in room 18 are Prag, Scarlett and Alexis.

THE FLOWERS

These are the flowers from the Art Gallery. The flowers were blooming and they look very colourful. I love all the flowers. The cherries at the bottom looked edible. By Kimberley.

Some people from our school were lying  down on the floor at the Art Gallery  and were looking at the flowers blooming from the roof.They thought that the flowers on the roof were beautiful. By Edyn.

On Wednesday 30 May and Thursday 31 May all the children in Rooms 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 went to the Art Gallery. We wanted to look at artworks by New Zealanders as part of our studies about Being a New Zealander. We discussed works by John Pule, Rita Angus, and Grace Joel.

Tena Koutou Katoa, Year 4 classes went to the Auckland Art Gallery last week and we were all amazed by the wonderful art in the Gallery.
